Description The Finance Coordinator is the financial liaison between Speaker Bureau and/or Account Teams with providing reconciliations of credit cards, travel, and project accounts as well as managing vendor invoices, vendor payments and providing financial information to the organization. This role is hybrid requiring one day a week in the office. Process Speaker Expense Reimbursements & Honoraria payments to HCPs Reconcile monthly vendor invoices and travel accounts Coordinate with Meeting Planners to ensure accurate reconciliation of venue receipts Review meeting budgets to ensure meetings are compliant with client guidelines Assist with reconciliation of monthly credit card statements Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information Attend bi-weekly Finance Regroup Team Meetings Meet client expectations while remaining compliant to external/internal guidelines Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed Perform other duties and assignments as directed Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred 1-2 years of work experience Proficiency in Excel is a must Knowledge of NetSuite preferred Strong communication and time management skills Attention to detail Excellent organizational and analytical skills Accounts Payable experience a plus Ability to commute the Cedar Knolls, NJ office one day a week.
