REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree and/or College Diploma in Accounting, Finance or other relevant program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting position or a role with financial accountability
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Workday experience is an asset
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

ROLE

The Finance Coordinator will support the Finance team, Resourcing and Account Services team with the organization of internal jobs, client budgets, costs, and billing. The successful candidate needs to be proficient with Microsoft Excel and needs to have relevant accounting experience specifically with creating budget estimates, purchase orders, and invoicing. This position will report directly to the Sr. Finance Manager.
