Join us as a Finance Data Analyst! The Finance Data Analyst plays a vital role in helping the business with its financial planning and analysis. They dive into financial data to understand how the company is doing and to forecast its future performance. This means they are involved in predicting future revenues and expenses while also helping to model capital structure and create budgets. Their work is essential for guiding the company towards a successful financial future! This is an on-site position. This position is not remote. What Your Responsibilities Will Look Like: Identify and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experience for business and commercial banking clients. Specifically, building analytics around financial transactions Partner with product management to evolve and refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for Customer Measurement Provide consultative support for Product partners driven by fact-based findings Build automated dashboards to report on customer KPIs across channels Collaborate within Customer and Channel Analytics to enhance the quality and value of team deliverables Work with Data Services and Analytics partners to enhance the overall performance of the Digital Analytics team Support the Finance team with analysis, data visualizations, reporting and reconciliations Support the organization's proprietary and third-party software applications Qualifications to Be a Finance Data Analyst: 3+ years of relevant experience analyzing large data sets across multiple platforms Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks Structured thinker with passion for analyzing results and digging deeper Hands on experience with behavioral and transactional analytics tools and techniques Experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to deliver reports and scorecards Experience with Dashboard design preferred Experience with SQL required, data mining, ETL, Stored Procedures, Views Experience with Excel, VBA, Visual Studio, SSRS, C# Ability to communicate effectively with business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management An understanding of social media trends and changes in the digital products/services space Healthcare, Audit and or Financial experience preferred Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment.
