Position Title: Finance Data Entry Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience in finance-related data entry or accounting support required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Data Entry Specialist to support the Finance Department with high-volume, accuracy-driven data entry. This role is key to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth daily operations within the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enter and verify finance-related data including invoices, reconciliations, and expense reports.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across all financial records.
• Assist with reviewing and correcting discrepancies in data.
• Support the finance team with additional administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
