JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for working on big data analytics projects that gather, integrate large-scale data, and transform into actionable insights to drive finance data products initiatives. Design and deliver robust, reusable components and patterns including the finance data platform’s control framework, encompassing data quality, security, performance optimization, governance, and monitoring. Establishing best practices and standards for data engineering processes. Ensuring data accessibility, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards and governance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize potential machine learning use cases that drive business value. Design and implement data pipelines that support both traditional analytics and machine learning workflows and integrate ML Ops into the existing data platform framework.
This role is crucial in helping finance organizations make data-driven decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Working knowledge of analytics and statistical software such as SQL, R, Python, Excel, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, Geo-spatial tools and others to perform analysis and interpret data
  • Experience in analytics, advanced analytics/statistics, predictive modeling
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to extract, collect, organize, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
