JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Global Director of Finance & Data Analytics, the Finance & Data Senior Analyst will play a vital role in providing insights into the food service program at one of our top clients, a leading financial services company with operations in North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, and the United Kingdom. The role will guide informed decision making with precise data and accurate analyses for the client’s North American food program. This integral partner will also support the effort for reporting on key performance indicators, including but not limited to financial performance, operations, consumption, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) data.
This role will partner with operations teams to deliver actionable insights and cost analysis of the food service program, as well as advise on key planning assumptions, trade-offs, and opportunities through compelling analyses, industry reports and benchmarking within an economic context relevant to the client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business strategy, business analytics, economics, finance, statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical or consulting role
• Great work ethic with a strong sense of urgency to support teammates and stakeholders
• Able to pivot as their needs and priorities change
• Acute attention to detail and track record of delivering pristine reports
• Enthusiasm for testing new things and innovating
• Intermediate or advanced data visualization skills

• Drive a culture of analytics and the importance of data throughout all levels of the account from executive leadership to on-site operations teams
• Think strategically about how to measure performance and recommend changes that will improve KPIs, operational processes, financial outcomes, the guest experience, and more
• Overseeing the execution of projects to understand impact and scalability
• Support data collection and analytic processes and tools (e.g. automation, financial reporting, dashboards, etc.)
• Provide ad hoc analyses for clients and operations
