Job Description
- Reporting to the Region Finance Director for CEE with dotted line to the GM.
- Part of the Affiliate Management Team and leading a team of 11 across Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, Serbia and B&H

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Business/Financial/Accounting bachelor’s or master’s Degree
- Broad financial management and control experience (min 10 years)
- Business performance experience (i.e. Commercial, Financial Planning and Analysis)
- Experience in dealing with international accounting issues, including exchange and entity planning.
- Dynamic, engaging and collaborative leader with a passion for getting the best out of people and teams; Commands the respect of others; recognized as a person of high integrity, sincerity and in whom others place their trust.
- Excellent communicator with an ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, and able to present a highly professional image when representing the organization
- Lead complex projects, assignments and exposure in multiple Divisions/businesses
- Communicating with external stakeholder including tax authorities/auditors
- Global experience: international assignment and/or supported international projects
