Description
Finance Director with a hands-on, business-oriented mindset, responsible for end-to-end financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow, and financial reporting. Prepares and presents monthly reports and budget vs. actual analyses to the board and executive leadership, owns the company’s pricing model, and supports contract negotiations. Works closely with external auditors and service providers, provides financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and builds Power BI dashboards and AI-driven reporting tools to monitor and optimize key financial and operational KPIs. Responsibilities Hands-on business-oriented Responsible for preparing the company's business plan, financial model, balance sheet & cash flow statements, vendor payments, tax, budget, audits, etc. Prepare and present monthly periodicals to the board Prepare and present monthly budget vs actuals to the company leadership Responsible for the company’s pricing model Work with external service providers for payroll, pensions, and annual reports Contract negotiations Analyze financial data and operations to assist and advise management in maintaining the company’s financial objectives Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and AI systems for reporting, monitoring, and optimizing financial to visualize key financial and operational KPIs. Work with external auditors and advisors on the preparation of consolidated financial statements, local reporting, and tax filings. Cash flow management. Other finance and administrative duties as required. Requirements Desired Skills & Experience +5 years of relevant experience in finance. Previous employment at a large accounting firm, followed by at least one in-house finance or FP&A role or a controller and FP&A role Experience in the Hi-Tech domain is an advantage B.A. in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling Strong command of BI, ERP, and data analytics tools Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues Experience in pricing software, costing, budgeting, and negotiations Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax and financial issues Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong business acumen Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to simplify complex financial data. Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and influence stakeholders CF management experience Fluency in Hebrew and English
