• Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership: Oversee accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, internal controls, and cash flow management.
• FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and strategic analysis.
• Commercial Finance: Drive profitability, cost optimisation, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Business Partnering: Advise senior leadership on business performance, investments, and expansion opportunities.
• Financial Transformation: Enhance financial processes, reporting frameworks, and governance standards.
• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop a high-performing finance team.

• Key RequirementsCA, CPA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or equivalent senior finance leader.
• Strong background in retail, consumer services, distribution, or multi-site operations.
• Solid expertise in financial management, FP&A, commercial finance, and internal controls.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, working capital, and profitability optimisation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience driving financial transformation and operational improvements.
