Job Title Finance Director Job Description Summary We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Finance Director to lead financial operations for a major government sector client under the PDNSW account. This role partners closely with the Senior Account Director and Head of Finance, managing a team of approximately six direct reports. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability across the contract. The role also involves stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead monthly financial reporting, including P&L reviews, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations Support the organisation in ensuring full compliance with AASB 16 Leases, including lease identification, recognition, measurement, reporting, and system maintenance. Deliver annual budgets and periodic forecasts using Anaplan Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls Oversee contract profitability and support strategic planning Drive process improvements and support operational excellence Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Key Relationships Senior IFM Leadership PDNSW Finance Stakeholders Shared Services, FP&A, Controllership Asset, Property, and Facilities Management teams What We’re Looking For Qualified Accountant (CPA/CA preferred) Proven leadership experience managing finance teams Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills; Anaplan and Blackline a plus Experience with ERP systems (JDE, Anaplan etc.) Excellent communication and analytical skills Why Join Us?
