Job Description Role summary As Finance Director you are the financial steward and strategic business partner for our Brazilian operations. You own the full financial agenda: steering, planning, forecasting, and business performance management. You serve as a critical advisor to the Country Manager and the Brazilian leadership team. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Doctoralia Brazil business journey, blending hands-on financial excellence with strategic influence. You would drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure data-driven decision-making at every level. You’ll be part of the Doctoralia Brazil Management Team, reporting directly to Juliana López (CEO Brazil) with a dotted line to Gervasio Gari (Global VP Finance). Qualifications Must-have 5 or more years of relevant Finance experience, with at least 3 years in an FP&A or commercial finance role Proven FP&A expertise, leading the budgeting process and creating models to support it Strong analytical skills Deep Excel modelling experience and ideally some exposure to BI and EPM tools Well-rounded profile, comfortable with reporting, controlling, accounting, tax, and labor topics Start-up mindset. You are dynamic, willing to multitask, and ready to get into the details Proactive approach. You will receive guidance, but this is a senior role and does not need constant direction Structured and organized. Able to create clear plans and presentations Hard-working, ambitious, and focused on deadlines and results Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable presenting to a range of audiences Leadership skills and genuine care about company values.
