Job Title: Finance Director We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Finance Director to lead our finance function and support the company’s next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash flow management, and providing strategic decision support. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail and close collaboration with leadership to drive financial performance and business efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the company’s overall finance and accounting function - Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting - Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance - Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions - Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements - Manage audits, financial controls, and risk management processes - Develop and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls - Partner with department heads on budgeting, cost control, and performance tracking - Support fundraising, banking, investor reporting, or board reporting where applicable - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field - CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred - 8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with leadership responsibility - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance - Experience in managing audits, tax matters, and internal controls - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Commercial mindset with the ability to translate numbers into business decisions - Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel/financial modeling - Prior experience in a fast-growing company, SME, or regional business is a plus Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Singapore finance and regulatory environment - Experience working with senior leadership or board-level reporting - Background in scaling finance operations and improving processes What We Offer: - Opportunity to play a key leadership role in a growing business - High ownership and direct exposure to strategic decision-making - Collaborative and fast-paced working environment - Competitive compensation and benefits Equal Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
