As the Finance Director, you will lead the activities associated with the financial analysis process for sourcing events, strategic sourcing agreements and all custom engagement activity. Job Summary and Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Direct all aspects of the financial analysis component for custom consulting engagement activities.
• Actively seek opportunities to innovate with technology, new methodologies, and processes
• Empower staff and foster adaptation to new approaches and technologies.
• Manage and develop staff to reach their full potential.
• Participate in client meetings as needed and manage client relationships from a finance perspective.
• Engage in sourcing strategy sessions and supplier meetings as needed.
• Ensure financial components of the sourcing process are efficient and effective in understanding the value and risks of sourcing objectives.
• Review and improve financial analysis policies and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high levels of customer support.
• Develop and execute methodologies and procedures to provide detailed customer-level reporting for sourcing events to external GPO clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships within HealthTrust departments to ensure consistent accumulation and reporting of financial information.
• Provide complex ad hoc financial and statistical reports and analyses as requested by HealthTrust executive leadership.

What you will need for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree, required
• 7 years of related experienced, required.
• Experience leading and coaching teams
• Experience designing, constructing, running, and analyzing reports using advanced Excel skills with BI tools is required.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and visionary communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively across multiple projects and relationships.
