LEADERSHIP:
This role includes direct responsibility for at least three team members, oversight of local functions, and overall management responsibility for 13 full-time employees (FTEs), 2 in direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
As Finance Director, LATAM, you will be overseeing all financial aspects of Pandora LATAM consisting of a total of 16 countries, including Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Panama.
The Cluster Finance function works closely with cluster and global stakeholders to drive accurate financial reporting, business performance, manage commercial results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
The Cluster Finance Director is responsible for driving decisions, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, delivering management information, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
The role involves providing coaching to the finance team, guiding strategic projects, and executing analysis of cluster initiatives and new service offerings.
This role works with Cluster and Global Commercial Finance to bring best practice to the market, drawing on global insight and data.
The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, commercial finance, and partnering and communication skills, and the ability to guide strategic projects within the market, e.g., new category/channel/product creation and launch. The strong combination of business acumen is what drives increased business performance in the market, being the preferred business partner for the local management teams.
Required competencies include high energy, strategic understanding, stakeholder management, effective communication, people management, change management skills, and an international mindset.
