About the role Role Title: Finance Director, Oral Care Report to：VP Finance, China CH Location： Shanghai Key responsibilities Performing finance partnering activities at a management level to support strategy and decision making with critical business insights, supporting Oral Care Category GM & the teams. Supporting development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization Achieving targets in the area of Data and Reporting within the Business Unit Finance organization. Keeping key stakeholders informed of changes impacting the business. Collaborate with business partners to investigate requirements and problems and to seek effective business solutions through improvements in data management processes and procedures. Drive Monthly Financial data quality management including controls and improvements. Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting Demonstrating Cross function matrix navigation & management; Design and Manage Business Intelligence and Reporting solution to enable Ad-hoc reporting Lead a team of Fin. professionals. People Development, Support development of a strong Finance Business Partnering organization. Qualifications and skills Essential MBA, preferably in Management, Finance or Accounting. Strong Analytics training or experience Strong problem-solving skills Experience managing or working with a global team and global stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze and compare complex data from multiple sources Demonstrated ability to determine and communicate the legal, financial and ethical interpretation of industry regulated principles Preferred Senior Finance business partner experience in consumer industry Sufficient knowledge of treasury activities Supply chain finance experience. Responsibilities

The Finance Director will perform finance partnering activities to support strategy and decision-making with critical business insights. They will also lead a team of finance professionals and drive improvements in data management processes.
