  DESCRIPTION : This role will serve as the key financial leader for our PANPAN business in China.Focusing on the finance excellence, Finance Director will act as the primary financial business partner to the MD and work closely with key stakeholders to optimize the business financial support while striving for efficiency.He/She will ensure optimal deployment of company assets to drive growth and shareholder value, in particular return on investment in innovation/new product development, drive best cost, control investment in brand equity, deployment of sales force and commercial agreements   1. RESPONSIBILITY :     •    Drive for business result through close business partnership and providing business solutions.•    Business Partnering - provide insight and analysis for PANPAN management (monthly business update, quarterly forecasts, decision support as required)•    Provide commercial insight to drive margin improvement, cost efficiency, and disciplined capital allocation.•    Drive for finance process improvement including Accounting and Finance analysis improvement, Costing system improvement, ERP process improvement, BOM accuracy, working capital and cash flow management etc.•    Maintain appropriate Financial Control environment - maintain books and records, reconciliations, journals, month end close in accordance with Group accounting policies•    Set up standard process in China entities including finance policies, accounting and reporting, internal control process etc.•    Conduct regular Balance Sheet reviews with the individual entities within China•    Prepare Accounting & Finance presentations for Regional board meetings as well as performance reviews•    Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance teams that embodies collaboration, accountability, and curiosity. •    Special projects management based on business requirement.•    Manage outsourced service providers as appropriate•    Cultivate strong working relationships within China Finance and all relevant regional within the Group     2. REQUIREMENTS :   •    10+ years of experience in an international manufacture environment.•    Experience as plant controller or big 4 as Senior manager•    CA or CPA preferred, MBA is a plus•    Professional experience - familiarity with IFRS and local accounting/tax obligations•    Organizational skills and ability to multi-task•    Attention to detail•    Demonstrated ability to manage tight deadlines•    Excellent communication skills•    Ability to influence stakeholders•    Experience with AX ERP systems•    Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese is a must•    Be able to make intensive travel          3. QUALIFICATIONS :        •    Bachelor degree equivalent   4.
