  • The OpportunityThe Finance Director will take responsibility for:Lead, develop and mentor an established finance team, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture.
  • Oversee financial and management reporting, property accounting, budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning.
  • Provide commercial insight around performance, profitability, capital expenditure and investment decisions.
  • Partner closely with operational leaders, ensuring Finance actively supports the performance and success of the broader business.
  • Maintain strong financial controls, governance, policies and risk management.
  • Support acquisitions, disposals, capital investment and other strategic initiatives.
  • Continually improve finance processes, reporting, data and systems, including contributing to future systems development.
  • Build strong relationships across operations, finance, acquisitions and other specialist functions locally and internationally.


About YouThis opportunity will suit an established Finance Director, General Manager Finance, Head of Finance or Senior Financial Controller who has operated within a sophisticated and complex business environment.

  • You will ideally bring:Experience across property, real assets, infrastructure, investment management, funds management or another complex, asset-intensive environment.
  • Strong financial management and accounting foundations, ideally with exposure to property or asset accounting.
  • A genuine balance of technical accounting and commercial finance capability.
  • Demonstrated success leading, developing and empowering high-performing finance teams.
  • A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong relationships across operational and executive stakeholder groups.
  • A track record of improving finance processes, reporting, controls and systems.
  • Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to challenge, influence and support senior decision-makers.
  • CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
