THE ROLE:

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take on a high-impact leadership role? Our client, a reputable service organization, is seeking a Finance Director for a six-month contract. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll handle key financial functions, including managing leasing and procurement agreements, overseeing treasury and accounts payable, and conducting detailed capital analysis. This fast-paced role is ideal for self-directed, strategic leaders who thrive on driving results in complex environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Manage and negotiate lease agreements and procurement contracts. Coordinate the insurance renewal process.
Support daily operations tied to treasury and accounts payable. Act as a key liaison for operational questions on equipment purchases and other ad hoc needs.
Provide capital expenditure analysis and support financial decision-making concerning clinic expansions and related projects.
Contribute to the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Play a supporting role in IT operations or initiatives.
Assist in ongoing M& A activities, bringing both analytical and practical expertise to the table.
