JOB DESCRIPTION

The Automotive Finance Director will oversee all financial operations within the Sunridge Automotive store, ensuring compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll lead the finance team, manage lender relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to optimize performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in automotive finance leadership (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of dealership finance operations and compliance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with multiple lenders and financial products.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
