Job Responsibilities Lead the development of annual budgets, long-term financial forecasts, and strategic plans. Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with business objectives. Analyze financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and trends to provide actionable insights. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership. Identify risks and opportunities in financial performance. Act as a strategic advisor to cross functional teams, helping them understand financial implications of decisions. Support cross-functional initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis. Oversee rolling forecasts and variance analysis. Build and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and investment decisions. Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts and managers. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and analytical excellence. Lead the implementation and optimization of financial planning systems. Streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy and accessibility. Present financial insights and recommendations to the Sr VP Finance and senior stakeholders. Translate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for non-financial audiences. Ensure financial planning processes comply with internal policies and external regulations. Support audits and internal control initiatives. Tools you’ll bring with you: 8-10 years of experience in accounting/audit role with at least 5 years as manager in Finance. CPA required.
