You’ll be working with the Finance team. This team runs on coffee, reports, audits, excel sheets, business plans, and an infectious passion for building financial partnerships with a large set of direct and indirect stakeholders. What you will do: As a Finance Executive - Accounts Receivable, at Exponent Energy, you will own the following: Responsibilities: Keep accurate records for all daily transactions Creation of Sales invoices Track sales Orders to their completion Creation of E Way bill and E invoicing Engage in end to end AR activities. Maintainence of efficient control framework around revenue and collections Reconcile bank statements Participate in statutory and internal Application of collection with invoice Create dashboards for efficient collection The ideal candidate requires: A graduate with a Finance & Accounting background. 3-5 years of relevant experience Manufacturing experience is a plus but not mandatory About Us Exponent simplifies energy for EVs. Co-founded by Arun Vinayak (Ather Energy's Founding Partner and former Chief Product Officer)and Sanjay Byalal (Former hardware strategic sourcing and cell strategy lead, at Ather and Former Supply Chain Lead, at HUL) We focus on solving two sides of the energy problem by building our E-Pump (charging station) and E-Pack (battery pack) which together unlock 15-minute rapid charging. The 150+ strong team of passionate builders have a ton of EV experience and are currently looking for more builders to join one of the best EV teams in India to build & scale Exponent.

Responsibilities

The Finance Executive will maintain accurate records of daily transactions, create sales invoices, and track sales orders to completion. They will also engage in end-to-end accounts receivable activities and create dashboards for efficient collections.
