We are looking for a dynamic member to join the Finance, Admin and Procurement department as Finance Executive (Assistant Associate, Financial Accounting and Reporting). [What you will be working on] This position supports the Finance Department in the areas of Accounts payables, ensuring that the suppliers’ invoices are received, approved and processed on time, include reviewing of staff expenses claims, handling withholding tax and preparation of quarterly schedules. The role also includes handling daily cash collection and reconciliation to ensure the amount is accounted for. [What we are looking for] The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE O/A level certificate or its equivalent with accounting certification, preferably with at least 3 years of relevant accounting working experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and preference will be given to candidates with Workday knowledge. The candidate should be competent, willing to learn and improve. He/She should be diligent, have an aptitude for figures with good interpersonal skills.
