JOB SUMMARY:

A Finance Executive responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s banking relationships. This role includes handling all bank-related formalities, overseeing bank account operations, maintaining updated bank documentation, and serving as the official point of contact and spokesperson for the company in all banking matters.

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and all banking institutions.
• Maintain and update bank delegation documents and authorized signatories.
• Handle the opening, closing, and maintenance of all company bank accounts.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Coordinate with banks for financial transactions, credit facilities, and documentation.
• Represent the company in meetings and communications with bank officials.
• Monitor and report on bank charges, interest rates, and account activities.
