FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Dubai Industrial City, UAE
Kandas Interiors, part of the Kandas Group, is looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations up to the stage of Profit & Loss finalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts.
  • Manage payables, receivables, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor project costing and control measures.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and other statutory requirements.
  • Finalize accounts up to Profit & Loss stage and support auditors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in finance, preferably in construction or interiors/fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project costing and production cost control.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to lead independently.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Fitout , Joinery: 3 years (Required)
  • UAE Accounting: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • English , Hindi (Preferred)
