JOB TITLE Finance Executive | MAF Entertainment | Entertainment (B0029C) ROLE SUMMARY The Finance Executive role is to oversee accurate financial reporting, analyze data for decision-making, and efficiently organize vendor documents. They review purchase requisitions for compliance, reconcile financial records with vendor documentation and ensure adherence to MAF policies and procedures. ROLE PROFILE Review quarterly balance sheet and monthly P&L accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure correct revenue recognition, inventory and asset management, cash handling, and Opex accrual alignment. Monitor daily revenue statements, sales transactions, payment reconciliation, and revenue accuracy. Analyze expenditures, control costs, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions. Prepare analytical, variance, trend, and ad hoc management reports to support decision-making. Coordinate with shared services, participate in PR approval cycles, and ensure accurate transaction recording. Support internal audits, conduct control self-assessments, oversee stock takes, and perform surprise cash verifications. Apply strong technical accounting, financial analysis, Excel, and problem-solving skills while maintaining confidentiality. REQUIREMENTS 2–3 years’ experience in a similar finance role handling end-to-end finance functions. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and advanced Excel skills. Punctual, detail-oriented, and accurate in data handling with strong operational awareness. Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and advanced Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior executives. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA qualification.
