Due to this exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join the growing Finance Team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience across key finance functions, particularly Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bookkeeping and invoicing processes. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential - full training will be provided. Accountabilities Include Assisting with accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and preparing payment runs Supporting accounts receivable processes, including monitoring customer balances and resolving queries Processing sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring data integrity in the accounting system Assisting with reconciliations (bank, supplier, and customer accounts) Supporting month-end and year-end close processes Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding invoice and payment queries Assisting with general administrative duties within the finance function Experience Needed Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and good numerical ability Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Process-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to work Ability to work independently as well as part of a team A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Previous internship or work experience in an accounts or finance role is desirable but not essential About us Founded in late 2016 by Aimee Connolly, Sculpted by Aimee is an Irish-born beauty brand with a global vision. Responsibilities

The role involves assisting with accounts payable and receivable, processing sales invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. The executive will also support month-end and year-end close processes and handle reconciliations for bank, supplier, and customer accounts.
