Description

Financial Operations

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities across the centres, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
  • Record and reconcile supplier invoices, patient billings, intercompany balances and Fixed Assets
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection
  • Process employee claims in timely manner.
  • Liaise with suppliers, insurers, bankers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
  • Must have at least 3 years in a similar healthcare environment, or 4-5 years of accounts /audit work experience
  • Meticulous and pro-active with strong administrative, coordination and organisational skills
  • Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadline
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be familiar with Singapore’s FRS knowledg
Responsibilities

Financial Operations

Month-End Closing & Reporting

  • Prepare and post accruals, journal entries, and adjustments for month-end close.
  • Perform reconciliations of key accounts to maintain up to date schedules
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Assist with FP&A reports (budgeting and variance analysis).

Audit & Compliance

  • Support statutory audit and group audit under US GAAP.
  • Assist with corporate tax compliance and support in responding to tax-related queries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure record retention of all financial and audit schedules.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary on statutory matters.

Others

  • Undertake ad-hoc projects, analysis, and assignments as required.
