Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Finance Coordinator to join our finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations, managing financial systems, ensuring accurate data entry, and coordinating interdepartmental financial processes. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
MINIMAL ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Restaurant365) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively coordinate financial tasks across departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
