The Team You’ll be joining our Finance team – a dynamic, fast-paced part of the business that plays a critical role in keeping Europe’s favourite airline moving. We’re focused on delivering insight, accuracy, and innovation, and you’ll be part of a team that supports decision-making across the business. The Role As a Finance Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of finance functions while studying for a professional qualification. Over three years, you’ll rotate through different roles to build a broad skillset and understanding of how finance operates in a FTSE-100 company. You’ll be involved in: Managing monthly accruals and forecast figures Preparing month-end journals and posting to ledgers Completing balance sheet reconciliations and identifying risks and opportunities Reviewing and improving financial models in Excel Providing accurate analysis and insights to stakeholders Building strong relationships across teams and functions What we’re looking for Ambitious, proactive, and curious mindset Ability to communicate with both finance and non-finance colleagues Strong problem-solving skills and ability to summarise data clearly Intermediate MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Commitment to building a career in Finance What you’ll get in return Competitive base salary 25 days holiday 5%25 pension contribution Life Assurance Flexible benefits package Excellent staff travel benefits Practicalities This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week.
