Responsibilities

You will be a key member of the team responsible for first level support on all Finance queries from both Finance and non-Finance staff. The key aspect of this role is to provide consistent and professional customer service to support staff with queries in relation to finance processes.
You will also be responsible for housekeeping tasks, support on the finance systems, maintenance of support materials on the website and producing management information on a timely basis.
