As part of a group of small, related businesses, we support workforce development through practical, accessible training solutions.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Finance and HR Manager to lead our finance, human resources, and administrative operations. This role will also support finance and administration for several smaller, affiliated businesses.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a finance executive role
Prior experience in adult education/training organisations in Singapore is highly preferred
Strong working knowledge of SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) processes and compliance, experienced managing finance and administration across multiple entities is an advantage
Proficiency in accounting and HR software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, payroll systems)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
High level of integrity, professionalism, and independence

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a key leadership role suited for a resourceful, detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial and HR regulatory frameworks—especially within the adult education and training sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance (KnowledgeTree & Related Entities)
Manage full sets of accounts and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (IRAS, CPF, GST, ACRA, etc.)
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reports
Oversee payroll, staff expense claims, and vendor payments
Manage SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) grants, submissions, and audits
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
Provide financial insights to support management decisions and business growth
