Description THIS ROLE LIKELY WILL NOT MOVE TO AN ONSITE INTERVIEW UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR Job Description: Betts is seeking a smart, proactive individual to handle day-to-day HR and finance operations. This role provides on-site support to the parent plant's Controller and HR lead, ensuring the smooth functioning of employee administration and financial processes. Responsibilities: Manage employee benefits inquiries and support onboarding processes. Maintain employee access, logins, and timekeeping systems. Assist with payroll inputs and other basic accounting tasks. Perform general financial administration and support reporting as needed. Act as the first point of contact for HR and finance questions at Betts. Will work administratively managing our ERP system (Epicor); This person will be supporting any shop floor questions or issues in relation to production entries. This person will gain experience being back up and support for areas including but not limited to; shipping, production planning, and purchasing, etc. About the Role: This position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a small, dynamic environment and can manage HR and finance tasks without direct supervision. You will be the on-site point person for all employee and financial operations, ensuring the plant runs efficiently while supporting the parent company’s systems and processes. Requirements Qualifications: Nice to have 1 year experience in one or both. Highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership in a fast-moving environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Smart, aggressive, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
