JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & HR Executive to manage day-to-day financial and human resource operations at our extraction site or head office. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of handling accounting functions, payroll, recruitment, compliance, and administrative duties while supporting site operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • (MBA in HR/Finance or equivalent is preferred.)
  • 3years of combined experience in finance and HR roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or extraction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, payroll systems, and HR practices.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and HRMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in remote or site-based environments.Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and environmental compliance in the extraction industry.
  • Experience handling compliance audits and site-based HR operations.
  • Proficiency in tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho.
  • Strong ethics and attention to detail.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:FINANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· - Manage daily accounting tasks including invoices, payments, and petty cash.
· - Support HR activities such as attendance, payroll, and recruitment coordination.
· - Maintain employee files and statutory records (EPF/ETF, etc.).
· - Coordinate with external auditors and statutory bodies as needed.

· - Assist with procurement documentation and cost reporting.

  • Manage daily accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, expense reports, and budget forecasts.
  • Assist in audits, taxation, and statutory compliance (VAT, TDS, etc.).
  • Monitor procurement budgets, vendor payments, and contract costs.
  • Coordinate with site management to track operational expenses and inventory valuation.
  • Support cash flow planning and working capital management.

HR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and employment regulations.
  • Coordinate employee training, development, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and support workplace policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support HR documentation, contracts, and exit formalities.
  • Assist in driving employee engagement and retention initiatives.
