Responsibilities

In connection with accounting

  • Provide assistance in accounting activities from A to Y, including preparation of monthly site financial statements.
  • Support VAT registration projects and ensure compliance with VAT formalities.
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks as instructed, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Ensure correct processing of intra-community transactions in line with VAT regulations.
  • Record and process incoming invoices.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on payments.

HR-related

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions.
  • Track attendance and absences, including daily monitoring of registrations (e.g., overtime) via the time recording system (Protime).
  • Maintain and update personnel files, including administrative follow-up and contract management.
  • Collaborate with Central HR (Belgium) regarding HR policies, updates, and processes.

Operation-related

  • Prepare production performance reports.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating shipments.
  • Manage vacation and absence planning.
  • Perform general secretarial tasks and operate the switchboard.
  • Verify digital invoices and ensure proper documentation.
  • Create delivery notes and support related administrative processes.
