QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or HR Management
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a combined Finance/HR leadership role (SME experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Singapore financial and HR legal frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of an organization
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, ethical leader with high emotional intelligence
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Finance & HR Manager , you will be the strategic backbone of the company — ensuring financial integrity, compliance, and talent stewardship. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic SME environment, is highly analytical, and has a passion for people and purpose-driven growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance

  • Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including AR, AP, and full set of accounts
  • Manage cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct budget variance analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Build financial models to assess business opportunities and support strategic decision-making

Human Resources

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (CPF, SDL, MOM regulations)
  • Develop and implement HR policies, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives
  • Support organizational development through training needs analysis and workforce planning
