REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, with exposure to HR management or a dual-role environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax, and employment law.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and HR processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and HRIS systems.
