REQUIREMENTS

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance, with exposure to HR management or a dual-role environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax, and employment law.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and HRIS systems.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As Finance & HR Manager, you will oversee the company’s financial operations and human resources function, ensuring both run smoothly and in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will report directly to senior leadership, acting as a trusted partner on strategic decision-making, budgeting, people management, and organisational culture.
