Description

The F&I Assistant & Marketing Support role is a dynamic, hybrid position that combines administrative assistance in the Finance & Insurance department with receptionist responsibilities and marketing support. This person will help ensure deals are processed smoothly, provide exceptional front-desk customer service, answer inbound phone calls, and assist the marketing team by photographing inventory for the website and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Finance & Insurance Support:

  • Assist the F&I Manager in preparing and processing vehicle sales and finance paperwork.
  • Submit credit applications and track lender approvals.
  • Ensure all deal paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for deals and related documents.
  • Track and follow up on contract funding status.

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet walk-in customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls across all departments.
  • Monitor general dealership email inboxes and respond or forward as appropriate.
  • Keep the front desk and showroom area organized and welcoming.

Marketing & Inventory Support:

  • Photograph new and pre-owned inventory (units, accessories, etc.) for use on the dealership website and social media.
  • Upload and label images correctly in accordance with marketing team standards.
  • Assist with special event prep, signage, and social media content when needed.
  • Communicate regularly with the Marketing Department to ensure timely content updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college or business coursework preferred.
  • Previous dealership, receptionist, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of finance paperwork and dealership operations is ideal.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers, cameras, and dealership software (e.g., Lightspeed, DealerSpike CMS).
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to be on feet for extended periods and walk the showroom or lot as needed.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs (e.g., signage, marketing materials).
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors for vehicle photoshoots.
