JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Utilize a menu to present the wide range of available product options to the client, counseling them based on what was cultivated during the initial client interview
  • Comply with established regulatory and dealership compliance standards.
  • Prepare the delivery documentation, including the preparation of the loan documents, DMV paperwork and other legal forms required by state and federal regulatory agencies
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Communicate and follow through on a timely basis the status of all pending and finalized deals with dealership sales personnel and managers
  • Be knowledgeable of state and federal regulations and stay abreast of all changes
  • Maintain annual compliance training
  • Provide superior quality service to internal and external customers
  • Be an effective team member who is innovative, proactive and focused on quality improvements
  • Work effectively with staff, customers and all levels of management
  • Present a positive and professional image to customers, staff and vendors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously
  • Ensure deals are managed / closed in a timely mannerQUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • College degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years F&I Management experience in a powersports / automotive dealership environment required
  • Proven success record exceeding industry standards for PVR and PPD.
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Lightspeed highly preferred
  • Excellent work history
