• University degree in economics, business administration, or finance, with a focus on controlling and international management.
• Extensive experience in controlling, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record with finance functions beyond controlling, including accounting, treasury, insurance, and tax.
• In-depth knowledge of controlling processes and tools, with a strategic yet pragmatic approach.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and networking abilities, with business-fluent English.
• Agility, solution-oriented and committed to data accuracy in a dynamic environment.
