JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Finance Integrations Manager reports to the Director, Finance Integrations. This individual will play an integral role in supporting OneOncology’s growth as we bring on and support the accounting and finance integrations between OneOncology and its partner practices. This role will partner with the Director, Finance Integration in managing all finance integration activities of a new partner practice into the OneOncology network. Additionally, this position will work closely with finance Subject Matter Experts (“SMEs”) in practice accounting, corporate accounting, financial operations, treasury, accounts payable, tax, and payroll to coordinate all finance integration requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Accounting degree (graduate degree preferred, but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, best practices, and the ability to research and document accounting and financial topics required.
  • Experience with customer relationships.
  • Experience with healthcare accounting preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Active CPA license or working toward CPA license required (preferred, but not required).
  • Working knowledge of Workday or other ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in Finance Integration activities to support anchor practice integrations. This includes tasks that involve accounting, accounts payable, treasury, tax, and other.
  • Lead Finance related activities for practice Tuck-Ins including assisting to develop a tuck-in project plan and play book.
  • Facilitate providing Workday system set up and mapping (chart of accounts crosswalk, payroll mapping, accounts payable approver request, cost center design and set up, etc.).
  • In coordination with finance SMEs, train practice accounting staff and new partner practices local staff on OneOncology’s finance workflows including but not limited to Workday Finance approval process, month end close process, balance sheet reconciliations, etc.
  • Identify financial tasks and develop best practices to successfully meet agreed upon deadlines.
  • Assist in developing templates, examples and training materials for finance integrations and practice accounting.
  • Collaboratively work with integrations and finance team to provide excellent customer service experiences to partner practices.
  • Proactively assess integration process for potential problem areas and develop solutions as needed.
  • Provide business analysis and due diligence support on new projects as required.
  • In partnership with Practice Accounting, assist in developing and maintaining practice accounting policies, procedures, templates, and other items as requested.
  • Provide support to practice accounting team as needed.
  • Special Projects and other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
