Job Description As a Finance Intern, you will get involved with: Management of 3rd party billing in line with established processes. Preparation of reconciliations and investigate reconciling items for closure. Manage the signatories’ process for payment authorisation. Accounts Payable liaison between Shared Service Centre and Vendors. Conclude escalation queries for AP raised by Global Shared Service Centres (Bangalore and Romania) Daily management of interface and relationships between GSA. Other ad-hoc projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has gained some experience and demonstrated their abilities. Qualifications What distinguishes you? Currently studying for a degree in Accounting or Finance. You should be a proficient user of Microsoft Office; additionally, it is highly desirable that you are an advanced user of Excel. An eye for detail is essential as well being a quick learner. You should be able to prioritise workload accordingly to meet targets and have the ability to adhere to deadlines. You should be proactive and with a positive attitude. You should be enthusiastic, determined and flexible. You will have good organisational skills. Good communicator who is clear and able to communicate at all levels. Quick learner that is analytical and accurate with a high level of attention to detail. Strong team player Additional Information This is a 12-month internship beginning in June 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course. Location: you will be based at the Denham office. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre. You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements. Before attending an interview for this position you must inform your Faculty/School Placement Officer and we strongly suggest you check you are eligible for a placement before you apply. If your Faculty/School does not have a Placement Officer, you must inform your course tutor.
Responsibilities
