Requirements Operations Intern: The intern will be working on creating an archive record system for all boxed historical reports currently in the office. Create folders in our J drive for management access by category and organized data for easy access. Create a list of what has been archived and map to where it is stored for management review. This position will require basic office skills, PC use scanning and documenting. Degree Programs of Interest: Business, Finance, Office related Students will be on a structured internship program. They are required to work on project-based work that will directly impact the success of the business and be relevant to their achieved studies. At the end of the internship, they will be required to make a presentation to the executive committee regarding their project, their findings, and recommendations. Internships are approximately 3 months long with start date and end date negotiable based on school schedule.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for creating an archive record system for historical reports, including organizing data into categorized folders on the J drive for management access. They must also create a comprehensive list mapping archived items to their storage locations for executive review.
