MaintainX is looking for a strong Finance intern to join our growing Finance team. As a Finance intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Finance team in building robust, scalable processes to support our rapid growth. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, Revenue Operations, FP&A teams, and other key stakeholders. As a fast-growing company, there will be opportunities to lead special projects, which will enable you to expand your skill set while helping MaintainX build new processes, develop controls, and identify opportunities for automation that will help us scale. What you’ll do: Assist with invoice preparation and distribution. Support the collections process by following up with customers, answering their billing questions, and documenting communications where needed. Maintain and update customer records in billing system. Help identify and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams (Revenue Operations, Sales). Assist with cash application by recording payments against open invoices. Support the Finance team with ad hoc analyses and requests as needed. About you: In process of obtaining or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or other quantitative fields. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong Excel skills. Exemplary interpersonal skills and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Strong drive to achieve goals while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
