DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Help develop the company’s mid-year budget (both capital and operating budgets) Develop and maintain financial metrics to benchmark across multiple markets Participate in or perform ad-hoc projects as needed Prepare and review projections, analyses, and statistical reports Partner with business units to create meaningful business intelligence dashboards using Tableau software Identifies variances and understands their impact on the overall financial statements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Pursuing degree in Finance or Accounting Proficiency in Excel (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables) Minimum GPA 3.3 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant internship / work experience Demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and an aptitude for business, finance, or accounting Tableau Microsoft SQL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND CHARACTERISTICS High aptitude for learning and strong work ethic Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision Strong written, verbal and quantitative skills Inquisitive Detail oriented WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office environment No or very limited exposure to physical risk. No or very limited physical effort required.
