FINANCE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – CREDIT UNION Our Finance Internship Program provides students and early-career professionals with hands-on experience in the financial operations of a member-focused credit union. Interns gain exposure to accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and member services while contributing to meaningful projects that support our mission. PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS 12-16 week program (summer or semester) Wage $18 / hour with no benefits Flexible schedule (20–30 hours per week) Onsite at Credit Union HQ/Branch with hybrid opportunities Mentorship from finance professionals LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES Financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis Budgeting and forecasting Compliance and risk management Lending and investments Member services and financial literacy initiatives CAPSTONE PROJECT Interns will complete a final project, such as expense analysis, process improvement, or a financial dashboard while utilizing the credit union data, and present recommendations to credit union leadership.
