Tasks throughout the role can include: Support and analysis during month end closing Support during consolidation of country financials Support and preparation of weekly & monthly routine reports and decks Analysis and insights generation into the performance of our WEEM region – understanding market trends, profitability, spend. Involvement in daily business activities which require communication with a variety of key stakeholders across multiple countries Master data integrity support & maintenance, including reconciliation of company data sources & use of analytical tools Qualifications Job requirements: You are enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship (for EU citizens) and you are enrolled at a Dutch university for the full duration of the internship (for non-EU students). You are at the end of your bachelor’s degree, or in your master’s degree: Economics / Finance / Supply Chain / Econometrics / Mathematics. You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. You have a basic knowledge of financial/business aspects (P&L, Cash, inner business workings, etc) You have a good knowledge of Excel, preferably developed in a professional environment NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands). Ideal Candidate Attributes/Skills: Eager to Learn: Always seeking to learn with curiosity, asking questions and interacting with different people and teams. Ambition to excel and leave a good impression. Analytical: Know how to translate complex data into simple solutions. Ability to work with large dataset, summarizing multiple complex analysis into few key takeaways and presenting it in a clean and clear way. You proactively seek solutions and you’re curious to understand the dynamics behind a decision without passively accepting the output. Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz will be exposed to different stakeholders coming from multiple countries and backgrounds. Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses. Location: Amsterdam. This is a hybrid position; you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship and expected to be in the office for an average of 3 days a week.
