POSITION OVERVIEW

This internship is an exciting opportunity for students who are still studying and eager to gain hands-on experience in the finance sector within a fast-paced fintech environment. Over the course of 2 months, you’ll have the chance to work directly with our finance team, assisting with financial analysis, reporting, and financial planning tasks. This role is perfect for students studying finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, who want to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges in the fintech space.

SKILLS NEEDED

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Some exposure to financial analysis, accounting, or reporting through coursework, personal projects, or previous internships is beneficial.
• A basic understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), and budgeting techniques is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Excel and financial modeling is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration and clear reporting.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving with an interest in the finance sector.
• Ability to work well within a team, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support the team in conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Help track and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to collect and analyze data for financial planning and budgeting.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing financial documentation for audits and compliance.
