As an intern, you’ll gain first-hand insight into how the Finance department operates within a global law firm environment. Duties related to the role: Sending payment reminders to local offices in relation to WTM invoices Running ad hoc and cyclical AR reports Supporting Working Together Matters Specialist with daily requests Providing support with payment allocation queries Good customer/client service skills Advanced level of English Ability to work independently as well as within a team Very good communication skills (both written as well as spoken) High attention to detail Good knowledge of Excel Open-minded and willing to learn Professional experience in a similar position would be a bonus Proactive approach A paid 6-month internship at a global law firm (35 PLN gross per hour) Daily use of English in a professional setting A hybrid work model Flexible working hours
