This pivotal role will shape the financial viability of multi-million-pound projects and investments across the district, playing a central part in transforming communities and driving long-term growth. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing expert financial modelling, investment appraisal and commercial insight to support decision-making at both project and portfolio level.

• Lead on financial modelling, investment appraisal and development viability across major schemes.
• Assess performance, risks and opportunities against investment metrics and budgets.
• Provide expert advice on funding strategies, including debt, equity and grant opportunities.
• Influence key stakeholders and ensure robust commercial recommendations at board level.
• Drive continuous improvement in appraisal processes and portfolio monitoring.
