The Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) is a new shared corporate service, launched in July 2023. It provides corporate services (HR, Finance, Digital, Commercial, Security and Estates) across the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ) and the Department for Science, Innovation & Technology (DSIT).

The ICS Digital Portfolio Management Office (PMO) is part of the Integrated Corporate Services (ICS) Digital Directorate. The PMO includes the Digital Finance team, Risk and Metrics, Contract Management and Scheduling, and Governance/BAU.
The ICS Digital Finance Lead role is pivotal role in providing specialist financial support across ICS Digital (in particular to Delivery ‘D3’ and BAU IT services ‘Tech As-Is’) and customer departments including financial support to build accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring purchase orders are raised and payments are made in line with SLAs, query resolution, process improvement, managing financial information provided by ICS Digital teams as well as collaborating across the ICS function to comply with finance protocols.
